Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking and Confirmation
1.1.1. The client’s booking will be confirmed from the date of receipt of 20% of the booking fee for the specified period.
1.1.2. The client may reschedule the booking to within seven days before or after the originally scheduled date, subject to studio availability.
1.1.3. Bookings cancelled not less than 48 hours before the scheduled date are eligible for a refund of the booking fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the booking fee
2. Damages
2.1.1. The Company’s decision is final on the value assigned to the damages caused to the studio on account of the client’s actions.
3. Liabilities
3.1.1. The Company and its Directors are not responsible for loss, damage or injury suffered by the occupants and/or their belongings, sustained at the Studio.
3.1.2. The Company and its Directors cannot be responsible if, for reasons beyond their control, the event cannot be conducted. The booking fee collected shall not be refunded.
4. General Services
4.1.1. The Company shall make the studio available to the Client for the booking period. The Client shall permit entry into the Studio only to those persons associated with the Client and only during the period of booking.
4.1.2. The Client’s access shall be restricted to the area within the studio that is only for permitted use agreed upon at the time of booking. The Company has the sole discretion and reserves the right to refuse entry of any Client or client’s personnel to any area of its studio at any time.
4.1.3. The studio has installed CCTV for routine surveillance. The Client consents to be recorded/monitored on the main floor, access points and peripherals of the studio. Security camera video footage will not be accessed without a reasonable basis or unless required by law. Data from surveillance measures may be reviewed by the appropriate authorities if so required.
5. Client’s Media, Personnel And Equipment
5.1.1. The Client undertakes that their personnel shall abide by the Company and Studio’s Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations, health and safety policies and any other policies that the Studio communicates to the Client orally or in writing.
5.1.2. The Client is responsible for the acts and omissions of the Client’s personnel in the Studio.
5.1.3. Any injury, loss or damage to any person's equipment caused by an act or omission of the Client’s personnel shall be at the sole risk of the Client.
5.1.4. The Client shall vacate the Studio premises and remove all Client’s equipment at the end of the booking period. The Company is not responsible for lost or missing equipment of the client.
6. Prohibited Activities
6.1.1. The Client is prohibited from filming content which constitutes an infringement of Intellectual Property Rights or is, scandalous, obscene, libellous or violates applicable laws in any manner whatsoever.
6.1.2. The Company prohibits the consumption of alcohol, banned substances and smoking in and around the studio premises.
6.1.3. The Company strictly does not allow the use of confetti blasts (electric), cold pyro, flammable sources or any naked flame inside the Studio.
6.1.4. If the Client is found to be in violation of any of the aforementioned clauses, the Company in its sole discretion, reserves the right to require the Client to leave the premises immediately.
7. Indemnity
The Client shall fully indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Company and its directors, officers, consultants, agents, stockholders and affiliates from and against all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs), whether or not involving a third party claim, which arises out of or relates to (1) any breach the provisions of the Terms mentioned herein (2) any breach of applicable laws.
8. Social Media Coverage
8.1.1 The Company reserves the right to take photos and film videos of any event hosted on the premises for the purpose of social media or any promotional activity.
9. Confidentiality
The Client undertakes to not disclose at any time to any person any confidential information relating to the Company except to the extent transversed herein.
9.1.1. The Client may disclose the Company’s confidential information to representatives to enable them to carry out obligations stated under these Terms and Conditions and take all reasonable steps to ensure that the representatives comply with the confidentiality obligations contained in paragraph 10 and as may be required by the law, Court of competent jurisdiction, government or regulatory authority.
9.1.2. For the avoidance of doubt, the Client agrees during the booking period and thereafter, not to engage in any form of conduct or make any statements or representations that disparage, portray in a negative light, or otherwise impair the reputation, goodwill or commercial interests of the Company, or its past, present and future subsidiaries, divisions, Affiliates, successors, officers, directors, attorneys, agents and employees.
10. Compliance with applicable laws
10.1. The Client is required to comply with the applicable laws, including but not limited to safety and entry protocols, sound levels, and intellectual property rights. If the Client is found to be in violation of any applicable laws, the company reserves the right to stop the filming or event immediately.
11. Force Majeure
11.1. The Company shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance required hereunder if caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, pandemic, epidemic, acts of war, fire, insurrection, strikes, lock-outs or other serious labour disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions or other acts of nature.
11.2. The obligations and rights of the Company shall be extended on a day-to-day basis for the time period equal to the period of such excusable interruption. When such events have abated, the Company’s respective obligations hereunder shall resume.
